Certain products sold by Mera Living may require assembly, mounting, installation, hardwiring, bulb selection, voltage compatibility review, or careful handling. It is your responsibility to review the product description and any accompanying instructions before purchase and use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, bulbs may not be included.
You are responsible for ensuring that any lighting product is suitable for your intended use, room type, electrical setup, and local code requirements.
For any hardwired, wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, or electrically installed product, we strongly recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with all applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, fire risk, property damage, or other issues arising from improper installation, misuse, modification, negligent handling, failure to follow instructions, use with incompatible bulbs or fittings, improper voltage use, or use outside the intended environment.
Products intended for indoor use must not be used outdoors unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per account, per payment method, or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, the same billing address, the same shipping address, or multiple linked orders that we believe were placed using automated tools, reselling intent, or fraudulent means.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or parties engaging in abusive purchasing behavior.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, billing details, and shipping details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
Once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, transit times, or carrier performance.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address information submitted by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable shipping, return-to-sender, handling, or restocking costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 21 - CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at support@meraliving.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Initiating a false, abusive, or bad-faith chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute after receiving a product or after a refund has already been provided may constitute a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to present order records, shipping confirmations, communications, device information, fraud-screening results, and other evidence to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with any payment dispute.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
