Shipping & Tracking
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within USA typically takes 6–13 business days, divided into:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(includes order confirmation, quality check, and careful packaging) - Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
(varies based on location and carrier service)
Do you deliver across the United States?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If a shipping destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.
We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel orders to certain addresses, regions, jurisdictions, freight forwarders, resellers, or destinations where shipping is unavailable, restricted, or commercially impractical.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also follow your shipment on our tracking page.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All transactions are securely processed in Dollars (USD) via Shopify Payments.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site is SSL-encrypted, and all payments are securely handled. No payment data is ever stored on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return any item within30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return costs are at the customer's expense.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Please email us at support@meraliving.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the correct return instructions and address.
How long before I receive my refund?
Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
- the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy
- the item is returned damaged, used, installed, altered, or incomplete
- the return is sent without approval
- the return is sent to an address other than the approved return address
- the claim is inconsistent with the condition of the item received

How do I choose the right product for my space?
We provide detailed descriptions, dimensions, and material specifications for all our lighting and decor items. Still unsure? Email us at support@meraliving.com for tailored advice.
Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to help. Email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, items have to first be obtained by the customer and changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, email us with your name and order number so we can verify your purchase.
