Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mera Living. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
We aim to provide clear and accurate shipping information so customers know what to expect before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET may begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to review, prepare, pack, and hand your order over for shipment. Processing time is separate from transit time.
We reserve the right to take additional time to process orders where necessary for payment verification, fraud screening, address verification, stock confirmation, or other order review purposes.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If a shipping destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.
We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel orders to certain addresses, regions, jurisdictions, freight forwarders, resellers, or destinations where shipping is unavailable, restricted, or commercially impractical.
3. Shipping Time
After an order has been processed and dispatched, estimated transit time is typically 5–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is generally 6–13 business days, which includes both processing time and shipping transit time.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery timing can vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier capacity, weather, seasonal demand, operational constraints, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping transit time
For example, if processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 6 business days, the estimated total delivery time would be approximately 8 business days.
All delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to change.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If we offer free shipping, promotional shipping, or location-based shipping offers, the applicable conditions will be shown on the website or at checkout.
We reserve the right to change shipping rates, methods, thresholds, and promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice, provided such changes will not affect orders already accepted unless required due to an obvious pricing or system error.
6. Shipping Carriers
We may use one or more shipping carriers or logistics partners to deliver your order.
The specific carrier used for an order may vary depending on the destination, package size, operational availability, fulfillment location, or other shipping considerations.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping method and carrier that we believe is most appropriate for the order unless a specific shipping method is expressly selected and paid for at checkout.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment has been created or collected.
We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates supplied by third-party carriers.
8. Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. This may happen due to product availability, packaging requirements, order size, warehouse logistics, or fulfillment considerations.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate shipment confirmations and tracking numbers.
Unless otherwise stated, you will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we split an order into multiple shipments after checkout.
9. Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur for reasons including but not limited to:
- carrier delays,
- severe weather,
- high seasonal demand,
- public holidays,
- customs or regulatory inspections where applicable,
- address verification issues,
- failed delivery attempts,
- supply chain disruptions,
- payment verification,
- fraud prevention review,
- events beyond our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a material delay affecting your order, we may contact you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Where required by applicable law, if we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we may offer you the option to wait for the delayed shipment or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable address information submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to charge or deduct any non-refundable shipping, return shipping, storage, handling, or redelivery costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that a package has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us at support@meraliving.com
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility may pass to the customer, subject to applicable law. However, we will still review reports of delivery issues in good faith and determine an appropriate next step based on the circumstances.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, except where required by law.
12. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, please contact us at support@meraliving.com within a reasonable time after delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of:
- the item received,
- the outer packaging,
- the shipping label,
- and the damage or issue.
We review shipping damage and incorrect-item claims on a case-by-case basis and will work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
13. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a shipment without first contacting us and obtaining approval, we reserve the right to deduct any carrier return fees, handling charges, or other direct costs incurred as a result of the refused shipment from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic U.S. orders, sales tax and any other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where required.
If we later offer shipping outside the United States, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
15. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for lawful reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
